I had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff, including Mr. Ivan, were incredibly kind and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities, such as the pool table and foosball, provided great entertainment. The location was perfect, with easy access to the ski lift and ski rental. The food, especially the delicious cream soups, was superb. everything about this hotel was fantastic and I will definitely be coming back.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, with easy access to the ski lift and ski rental. Guests can also enjoy long winter walks in the beautiful surrounding area. The cellar boasts convenient equipment storage with heated sticks for ski boots and gloves, ensuring comfort and warmth after a day on the slopes.
The Jacuzzi was not warm enough, which was a bit disappointing.

We stayed here years ago and it was great. It still is. The location is perfect for skiing, with just a short walk to the lift. The staff is very nice and attentive, and the owners are always around, making sure everything is going well. The food is absolutely delicious, a real highlight of our stay.

Our romantic ski escape was amazing! The hotel provided us with everything we needed. The food was incredible, they had a huge selection of dishes to choose from and all of them tasted amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the cozy atmosphere added to the romantic feel. The location was perfect for skiing with easy access to the slopes and ski rental.
The small wellness area. We were hoping for a larger pool and sauna area, but it was still a nice spot to relax after a long day on the slopes.

Despite some setbacks, our family had a decent Christmas vacation. The food and drinks were far the best feature. The breakfasts were plentiful with a variety of options. The festive dinners included local cuisines, which was a nice touch. Location to nearby attractions helped us relax and enjoy downtime. We've got to give a shout-out to the enthusiastic staff who made us feel welcome and at ease during the week.
First, our room temperature was inconsistent and uncomfortable. Second, although the hotel had helpful amenities, such as a small pool and fitness center, it was overcrowded during peak hours.
